Muse Concepts Wedding Co-ordination Package - On the Day

You have planned everything and your wedding day is getting near, you are a bit stressed on how things with fall into place and if everything will run smoothly. Then this is the package for you.

• Includes two meetings 4 weeks before the wedding day, to get a look and feel of the wedding venue, what your vision for your wedding day is.
• List of all suppliers that you as couple have decided on and booked.
• Day before rehearsal.
• We then take over all suppliers and control and manage the running order of the day.
• Oversee correct décor placements
• Timekeeping of all events to take place
• Making sure bridal party arrives on time and guest are directed to their seating
• Communication with all suppliers on the day.
• We control all set-up and styling on the day and co-ordinate the wedding till after all the main activities have taken place (unless otherwise organized)

This package only include our services on the day of the wedding. Suppliers to deliver and collect all hired items.

Muse Concepts Wedding Co-ordination Package - Décor Styling

With this package we are in charge of planning the décor and flowers, table layout, tables and chairs, lighting for your wedding day.

• 1^st meeting to brainstorm and tie down a mood board, style planning, discussing the important details and deciding on the final color theme and
  feel of your wedding day.
• Skype conferences during the planning process.
• Muse Concepts will source the perfect suppliers for décor and floristry.
• We are responsible for supplier Liaison, getting quotes and confirmation
• All payments will be handled by you.
• Includes a day of mock table décor setup for your approval
• The day before the wedding day, we will be in charge of collection of all décor and décor related items
• On the day, Muse Concepts is responsible for setup and styling of all décor related aspects and floristry
• Once all décor and floristry is set up and placed perfectly to specification, we will hand over to the Venue manager
• Next day break down and return of all décor sourced by Muse Concepts. Includes all telecommunications and emailing.

Muse Concepts Wedding Co-ordination Package - Full Décor Styling & On the Day

This is the perfect package if you want Muse Concepts to handle all décor styling aspects of your wedding.

• Start to finish involvement with décor, as well as overseeing the setup and styling of your wedding
• Muse Concepts does all décor supplier liaison
• One brainstorming session to tie down the look and feel of the wedding. This will include a mood board and color theme planning.
• Venue site inspection withing the Cape Town/Winelands area.
• Includes one meeting before the wedding day to go over all smaller details and tie everything down.
• Day before rehearsal.
• Includes all electronic and telecommunications in the time leading to the wedding.
• This package contains all aspects of décor styling package and on the day-co-ordination package
• Day of mock table décor setup for your approval.
• The day before the wedding day collection of all décor and décor related items
• Setting up and arranging of all the suppliers on the wedding day.
• Full on the day Co-ordination of the event
• Next day break down and return of all items.
