With this package we are in charge of planning the décor and flowers, table layout, tables and chairs, lighting.
• 1st meeting to brainstorm and tie down a mood board, style planning, discussing the important details and deciding on the final colour theme and fee.
• Skype/Team conferences during the planning process.
• Muse Concepts will source the perfect suppliers for décor and floristry.
• We are responsible for supplier Liaison, getting quotes and confirmation
• All payments will be handled by you.
• Includes a day of MOC table décor setup for your approval at our offices or venue.
• Includes all telecommunications and emailing.
• The day before the wedding day, we will be in charge of collection of all décor and décor related items
• On the day, Muse Concepts is responsible for setup and styling of all décor related aspects and floristry
• Once all décor and floristry is set up and placed perfectly to specification, we will hand over to the Venue manager
• Next day break down and return of all décors sourced by Muse Concepts.
